What is a VBS Executive Host?
A VBS Executive Host successfully entertains a party with personality and charm. They are comfortable in any social setting and posses the ability to entertain a crowd with minimal effort. They are reliable sources of information about the Las Vegas nightlife and can easily make valuable connections in the service & nightlife community. Duties of a VBS Executive Host:
• Will be supervised by the Marketing & Communications Director and will be expected to host parties booked by the Company.
• Will be working closely with the Marketing & Communications Director to execute promotional campaigns and carry out marketing tactics.
A VBS Executive Host must have the following criteria:
• Should have solid and loyal clientele to contribute to the VBS database and a general or working knowledge of the Las Vegas nightlife.
• Must be able to book at least one party per month.
• Must possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and outstanding people skills.
• Must be outgoing, friendly, reliable, accountable with cash handling, and punctual.
• Needs good communication skills and must be comfortable in a social setting.
• Must have a flexible night schedule, and must be available on call for Friday and Saturday nights.
• They should be able to entertain an audience and use humor, spontaneity, and personal interest in the product as promotional tools.
• Must have own form of transportation with valid registration and license.
• Must be a resident of Las Vegas, NV
• Must have access to internet.
• Background checks will be implemented.
• Responsible for making connections with other nightlife industry professionals, building a loyal customer database, and promoting the company and its services.
